Tea Tree Oil as A Night Cream

I am looking for a night cream, tried all the leading names and all were too heavy for my skin. so I was wondering is it possible to use tea tree oil as a night cream/serum?
Editors Note:
Fathiya, Tea Tree Oil can be great for your skin, as you are probably aware, but as a night serum or cream, it may not give the results you are looking for.
Night Creams are created with Oils and Lipids that help to retain moisture, and they are typically heavier because they are designed as a barrier, to help your skin re-hydrate the moisture lost in the course of the day.
Night or Skin Serums, while lighter, are designed to gently exfoliate the skin of dead skin cells at the surface, and so they help to make the skin look younger and fresher. Many are harsh acids that can actually peel the skin. You'll want to use your favorite cleanser, then toner, then serum, and finally your moisturizer.
If you'd like to add tea tree oil into your regimen, you might want to add a few drops to your cleansing solution. Tea tree oil can aid in the removal of oily dirt and grime. You wouldn't want to use tea tree oil as a serum or moisturizer though, because it can be very drying when used straight, and it won't help to exfoliate dead skin cells.
I hope this helps, and thank you for your question!
